We
have a brand new, gorgeous house close to the mountains. It is also in
close proximity to Calgary so it would be a short commute for work or
school.
The
room has two large windows, which let in lots of light. It is
completely furnished, including bedding and the bathroom is complete
with towels and shower curtain. We recently purchased a pool table,
which you are welcome to use, and we have a theatre room set up with our
58" Plasma TV. You have the run of the house.
Our
house backs onto acres of open green space where you could walk for
miles and not run into anyone. You can also walk to downtown Cochrane,
which would be a lovely jaunt.
We have cats and a puppy so you must like furry friends. We are responsible pet owners so they are well-behaved.
We lead fairly quiet lives and are easygoing. Neither of us smoke and we will expect the same in a roommate due to allergies, plus we do not want our new house ruined by cigarette smoke.
No
drugs or party animals. No pets preferred (but may negotiate). You must
be clean (tidying up after my husband is enough) and you must be
employed or in school. $800 includes all utilities, plus Internet.

Avoiding SCAMS and fraud
Simple common sense rules to protect you against scammers:
- Deal locally with people you can meet in person.
- Never wire funds via Moneygram, Western Union or any other service. Anyone who asks for this is most likely a scammer.
- Never give detailed financial information like account numbers, social insurance numbers etc.
