This is a nice main floor of a duplex.
There is a old lady next door and a small family downstairs who are not
there most of the time. The landlord is a super nice guy. It is
furnished except for there is no bed in the second bedroom. Shared
laundry downstairs. Utilities are 125 for whole house, main floor pays
50% of it, maybe near 200$ in winter but probably not even. Marlborough
mall is walking distance, superstore not far away and transit across the
street.
My name is Nicole and I am looking for someone to
share this main floor with, I am a 23 year old female and looking for
either a male or female who doesn't smoke, do drugs, party, etc. You
need to be able to clean up after yourself, I'm not a mother. ;P You can
move in any time, I've just moved in myself but because of
complications another person did not and I cannot afford it by myself.

probably at work so just text me that way i can get back to you when i
can. Internet is going to be set up, you can use it if you pay for half,
plus taxes its around $62, i have a magic jack so there is free home
phone through the internet. I don't have a nice giant flatscreen sadly
so if you have one feel free to bring it. lol. I'm hoping for a nice
opened minded person, I'm living here for a year or more. If you move in
during July you will only be charged the amount of days you have been
there for that month.
