Looking for a young professional or family interested in long term rental of great condo in Collingwood Village. The condo is clean and very well taken care of with newly cleaned carpet and newly painted walls.

The condo features one large master bedroom with amazing view of mountains and a second smaller bedroom ideal for a young child or a nice study. The condo has lots of windows, all with views of either Vancouver island, the north shore mountains and the community park. The condo is located on the 17th floor, includes in suite laundry and has a small balcony with panoramic view.
There is a bathroom in the master bedroom as well as a bathroom for the second room and guests. The condo is located in the newest building in collingwood village with easy access to the Skytrain and the highway. Skytrain trip to downtown is 10-15minutes! The area is great and is becoming its own little community with a new coffee shop, fresh produce grocers and lots of parks. If you like shopping its only two skytrain stops or a 7min drive to the massive Metrotown shopping centre.
Really it is a beautiful place and I am just looking for some quality mature renters interested in signing a 12 month lease. I will require multiple references that will be checked before a decision is made.
Rent is $1595 and comes with some storage and underground secured parking lot. Utilities are not included in the rent but the apartment is new and efficient and hydro is usually about $40 a month. The deposit will be $800. All rent will be required in post-dated cheques ahead of time.
Apartment available March 15th or April 1st. No pets. No smoking.
