Four great, non-intrusive but friendly roommates. The building is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier main campuses.
The apartment is leased until September 1st, 2009 under my name, so I will be subletting. This is permitted by the lease. Once your co-op, work, or school term is completed you can move out whenever you please.
