This is a lovely large house, which recieves lots of sunlight, and has a great backyard.For rent I have available one bedroom in a three bedroom home (including one roommate!). the room is a great size (able to fit my double bed, a large bookshelf and a 5dr tallboy with extra space) and a fantastic closet!
Washer/dryer are included with the house, however utlities and power are not included with the rent. The house is located 7 minutes from the downtown core, 10 minutes from campus, and 20 minutes from the mall/Sobeys. As well it is conviently located close to Webb's Superstore, and many hiking and walking trails.
There are also two small cats which live in the house. Littlefoot (4lbs) and Mis (6lbs) and they are full grown, quiet loveale cats.

Avoiding SCAMS and fraud
Simple common sense rules to protect you against scammers:
- Deal locally with people you can meet in person.
- Never wire funds via Moneygram, Western Union or any other service. Anyone who asks for this is most likely a scammer.
- Never give detailed financial information like account numbers, social insurance numbers etc.
