Ready to move in by May 1st. This is a very well kept Condo, which happens to be one of the biggest on the lot in Rundle. Very clean and quiet area, close to all essential businesses. Includes a very large basement, and two floors. three bedrooms upstairs, with one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs. Newly renovated washrooms and floors. New windows have been put in place for maximum heat efficiency. Generally, no pets allowed unless small like fish or birds. We would prefer non smoking individuals who are really responsible and realiable in their payments. Rent is $1600 a month and utilities are at your own discretion since your amount of usage will fluctuate the cost (on average for my family of 4 it costs 400 a month). Damage deposit before you move in costs a months worth of rent, any further damage to the condo would be your responsibility for covering. Also, Condominium fees do apply of 165 or so a month, which covers outdoor maintenance. One parking space is provided right in front of the Condo, if you require more space you have to contact the Condominium office and deal with them. Cars are not really a necessity here since you have access to pretty much everything around you including Sunridge mall, train station, grocery stores, hospital, and other essencial businesses. If you decide to move out, we do require a months notice.
